Quick-Add Macros

Athletes can log a quick macro entry — protein, carbs, fat, calories — straight from the dashboard nutrition card, without going through the full meal log.

What It Does

The athlete dashboard nutrition card has a + Quick add button. Tapping it opens a small form for the four macro fields. The entry adds to the day’s running totals immediately and shows on the daily totals card. This is for athletes who already know roughly what they ate (e.g., “30P / 60C / 15F” off a meal-prep label) and don’t want to break it down meal-by-meal.

How to Use It

From the athlete dashboard:
  1. Tap + Quick add on the nutrition card
  2. Enter any combination of protein (g), carbs (g), fat (g), or calories
  3. Save — the entry posts to today’s totals
If only macros are entered, calories auto-fill from protein × 4 + carbs × 4 + fat × 9. If only calories are entered, the entry counts toward the calorie target without affecting macro totals.

Who It’s For

Available to all athletes whose coach has set up a nutrition plan. Pairs with both macros-only and full meal-based plans.
Quick-adds are best for “I tracked it on another app” or “I know the numbers from the package” situations. Athletes who want full meal-level history should still use the regular meal log.
