Quickstart Guide

Follow these steps to get your coaching profile live and invite your first athlete.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to ironcoaching.app/signup
  2. Sign up with email or Google
  3. You’ll be redirected to the onboarding flow

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

During onboarding, you’ll set up:
  • Display name — shown on your public profile and marketplace listing
  • Bio — tell athletes about your coaching philosophy
  • Specialities — select from powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, and more
  • Certifications — list your qualifications (one per line)
Your display name generates your public profile URL (e.g., ironcoaching.app/coach/mike-johnson-a3f2). Choose something professional.

Step 3: Build Your First Program

  1. Go to Dashboard > Programs > New Program
  2. Name your program and add a description
  3. Add training days (e.g., “Day 1: Upper Body”)
  4. Add exercises with sets, reps, RPE, and rest periods
  5. Save — your program is now ready to assign

Step 4: Invite an Athlete

  1. Go to Dashboard > Clients
  2. Click Invite Athlete to generate a unique invite link
  3. Share the link with your athlete
  4. When they accept (via web or IronLedger app), they’ll appear in your client list

Step 5: Assign a Program

  1. Open a client’s profile from the Clients page
  2. Click Assign Program
  3. Select the program you built
  4. The program appears in your athlete’s IronLedger app
You’re all set! As your athlete logs workouts in IronLedger, you’ll see their data in real-time on your dashboard.
