Analytics

IronCoaching provides two levels of analytics to help you make data-driven coaching decisions.

Performance Dashboard (Pro+)

The live performance dashboard shows real-time activity across all your clients:
  • Quick Stats — total sessions this week, PRs hit, average completion rate, athletes active today
  • Activity Feed — real-time workout completions with exercise details
  • PR Feed — new personal records as they happen
  • Client Compliance — who’s on track, behind, or inactive

Filters

  • Client — view a specific athlete or all clients
  • Date Range — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time
  • Exercise — filter by specific exercise

Data Sources

All analytics data comes from IronLedger workout logs. The more consistently your athletes log, the better your analytics will be.
Encourage athletes to log RPE on every set — this unlocks RPE Accuracy analysis for Expert coaches.
